These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Now Mold Testing website and your purchase of our products and services. Now Mold Testing is a division of Orion Environmental Services, Inc. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Services
- We provide at-home mold testing kits, laboratory analysis, written reports, and optional consultations. Product descriptions, samples included, and pricing are shown on our Shop page and are subject to change.
Orders & Payment
- By placing an order you authorize us (through our payment provider) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any add-ons you select.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where we are unable to provide service in your area (see State Regulations in our Disclaimer).
Shipping & Returns
- Kits ship to the address you provide, with a prepaid return label included. Unused kits in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund; contact us before mailing a return.
- Because analysis begins once your samples reach the lab, completed testing services are non-refundable. See our Disclaimer for shipping and handling limitations.
Consultations & Booking
- Consultations are scheduled through our booking provider. Please review any rescheduling or cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.
Test Results & No Guarantees
- Results reflect the samples provided at the time of sampling and are informational. They are not a medical diagnosis, a certification that a property is safe or mold-free, or a substitute for a professional on-site assessment. Our full Testing Terms & Liability Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, reports, branding, and materials are owned by Now Mold Testing or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Now Mold Testing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, or from decisions made based on test results.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
